02. Trade Stacking
One of the ways we improve our home remodeling completion times is by intelligently scheduling our subcontractors. To do this well, the project manager must be able to anticipate all necessary parts of the construction process, and how long they will take. They can then run multiple subcontractors at a time (when possible), alleviate down time waiting for contractors to return for missed items, and prevent multi day gaps where no work is being done on the remodel site.
03. Transparent Pricing
We do not throw out ball park figures or large price ranges. Instead, we take 1-2 weeks to run our sub contractor trades through your home, and collect detailed estimates. If there are items we cannot accurately price until we begin construction, we will make you aware of these items, and strive to get you an accurate cost as soon as possible. We believe the best remodels not only look great, but stay close to or below budget.
